Terms of Use

Scope

These terms govern use of the Pristine Lex-Tech Associates website and client portal. They do not, by themselves, constitute a service agreement — paid engagements are governed by a separate signed statement of work or contract.

No professional advice from website content

Articles, checklists, case studies and fraud alerts published on this site are general information, not legal or security advice for your specific situation. See our Professional Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or client portal: no attempts to bypass access controls, scrape client data, upload malicious files, or interfere with other users' access. Security testing against our own systems is governed separately by our Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

Client portal accounts

Portal access is issued to named individuals at a client organisation. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and enabling multi-factor authentication where required. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any engagement will result in certification, regulatory approval, successful incident recovery, or complete freedom from security risk. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party certification bodies' independent judgement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for use of this website (as distinct from a signed engagement, which carries its own terms) is limited to direct damages arising from our proven negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
